How to Get Your Mississippi Real Estate License
1- Complete 60-hour Salesperson
Pre-License Course
Go to: Proeducate.com (it’s affordable and convenient)
Click on Real Estate
Select State- Mississippi
Select Type- (Pre-Licensing/Get Your License)
Choose Course- MS 60 Hour Sales Pre-Licensing- Real Estate Fundamentals –
Power Point/Audio OR MS11 SA11 Text Based Format – 30 days ($149), 60 days
($169), 90 days ($189) or less.
2- Submit your Resident Salesperson License Application to the MS
Real Estate Commission ($120)
You’ll need for Jake to
sign-off on the broker’s part of the application.
They will let you know when you
can schedule to sit for the exam.
3- In the meantime, read Real Estate
License Exams for Dummies. (NuWay will provide a loaner copy of the book
and answer sheets for practicing on exams.
Take all practice tests until you consistently score at least 80% or
higher on each. Also click on the
following links to study for the Mississippi portion of the test.
4- Set a date
and time to take the Licensing Exam and obtain your license. See the PSI Services Brochure for exam info and
procedures. The feel will be $75. Note in the PSI Brochure on page 8-10 for the categories for
text questioning and the number of questions from each category.
Now, just go and pass the
exam. Be confident. Be motivated.
Be determined.
Just 70% is needed for the
General portion and 5% for the State. If
you don’t meet those numbers, just evaluate and adjust and do it again.
5- When you
